Delivery
Shipping and Delivery Shortly after you place your order with On Days I Crave, you will receive an email acknowledging and confirming your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive an email that notifies you of your shipment details that include the tracking information.
Shipping You can calculate the shipping costs before ordering by adding items to your cart and proceed to checkout - the system will then indicate the shipping charge prior to ordering and final payment. All our shipments are sent via Singapore Post. Delivery All shipping times are estimates, and may vary. Below are some indications on shipping times per region via Singapore Post: Singapore 10 days. Outside of Singapore 30 days. All times are indicative and may vary.
Please note that local charges (customs duty, and sales tax) may be added to your order, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges will be borne by customers receiving their goods.

On Days I Crave shall determine at its full discretion the country/countries to which the products may be delivered and reserves the right to change the countries to which the products are delivered at all times.
All deliveries shall be made within 30 days after the date on which the contract was concluded and all payments made, unless On Days I Crave indicates otherwise. If the delivery is delayed or if the product cannot or can no longer be delivered, the customer will be informed accordingly by e-mail as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the date of the contract.
In the event that the delivery is delayed for more than 45 days after the date of the contract or if the customer is being informed that the product cannot be delivered, the customer has the right to dissolve the distance agreement free of charge. The purchase price and delivery costs paid shall be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the dissolution of the contract.
The customer shall not be entitled to delivery of a replacement product. The sole remedy of the customer shall be a full refund of the purchase price and delivery costs. In no event shall On Days I Crave be liable for any kind of damages allegedly suffered by the customer as a result of the fact that the product could not be delivered or not be delivered in time.
Immediately upon receipt of the product, the customer shall inspect the product and check if the product complies with the agreed specifications. Any apparent failure of or damage to the product must be reported by e-mail within 30 days after delivery, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product and to have waived the right to claim any shortcomings of the product.

Payment to Delivery Procedure Once you make a payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal. This is your payment confirmation as well as your order confirmation. Post confirmation, your order will be put “In Process”, which essentially means that it is being prepared for shipping. Once it is shipped, you will receive another email from PayPal providing you with a Tracking Number that will allow you to track the progress of your order.
